This Privacy Policy describes how the XiFin Efficiency Chrome extension (“the Extension,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information.

The Extension is an internal workplace tool. It records which XiFin RCM portal page and UI section a signed-in user is working in, and posts activity counts (for example clicks and active time) so supervisors can review shift efficiency. It only runs on the XiFin portal hosts listed below.

1. What the Extension does

On supported XiFin portal pages, the Extension:

• Detects the signed-in XiFin user ID shown in the portal UI
• Tracks the current page path and UI section (for example menu labels, section titles, or dialog titles)
• Counts clicks, estimated active time, and “Fix Error” checkbox interactions
• Associates activity with the accession ID currently open in the portal (when present)
• Queues short activity samples locally, then sends them to our backend so they can be shown in an internal dashboard

The Extension does not log into XiFin for you, does not store passwords, and does not query XiFin’s database. It only reads limited values already visible in the browser page you have open.

2. Sites the Extension can access

The Extension’s content scripts run only on:

• https://shermanabrams.xifin.net/*
• https://shermanabramstest.xifintest.net/*

It also has permission to send data to our ingest endpoint (an AWS Lambda Function URL configured in the Extension). It does not request access to your general browsing history or unrelated websites.
